Working in collaboration with multiple NHS organisations, designers, contractors and procurement specialists, Certa Consulting supported the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust to ensure that the project was completed to the required standards, within the allocated financial envelope and in line with the agreed timeframe.

This high profile project was initiated to deliver NHS outpatient facilities within a retail environment for the first time on such an unprecedented scale. As such, it attracted much attention from the Government and media alike.

The OAC opened in December 2021.
