Certa Consulting undertook a high-level audit of Estates statutory compliance in 2024, specifically focussing on:

• Water Safety (Legionella)

• Fire Safety

• LV Electrical

• Environmental Management

• Lifts

• Windows

• Working at Height

• Pressure Systems

• Asbestos

• Confined Spaces

• Gas Safety

A prioritised Compliance Improvement Plan has been tailored for the College and work has now been started to implement the recommendations made.

Certa will continue to support these improvements undertaking follow-up audits later in 2025 to monitor and report progress.
